dc.descriptionThis work providing necessary and very important information to know how effective is the prohibition of the State to accumulate assets. Inadvertent, since the lands that are part of the Barrens, are of great extensions of land and whose holder is the State and have the character of being imprescriptible rights of the same. These have become the object of bad regulations in their adjudication, exploitation and conservation, which harm not only the non-renewable natural resources, but also increase the impoverishment and the undue exploitation of the land, since they are in the power of people and national and foreign companies, which only aim at their commercial exploitation and profit for them, without major the serious disturbance they are causing. The present project raises the possibility of a possible and effective solution for the negligence that the country lives in the uncultivated lands adjudicated of irregular way so that they are exploited of proper and effective way.en-US
dc.descriptionEste trabajo brinda información necesaria y de gran importancia para conocer qué tan efectiva es la prohibición que hace el Estado de acumular bienes Baldíos, pues esta acumulación no puede pasar por inadvertida, ya que las tierras que hacen parte de los Baldíos, son de grandes extensiones de terreno y cuyo titular es el Estado y tienen el carácter de ser derechos imprescriptibles del mismo. Estas se han convertido en objeto de malas regulaciones en su adjudicación, explotación y conservación, que perjudican no solamente a los recursos naturales no renovables, sino que también aumentan el empobrecimiento y la indebida explotación de la tierra, pues están en el poder de personas y empresas nacionales y extranjeras, que solamente tienen como objetivo su explotación comercial y lucrarse en beneficio de ellos, sin importantes la perturbación grave que están causando. El presente proyecto plantea la que podría ser una posible y efectiva solución para la negligencia que vive el país en las tierras baldías adjudicadas de manera irregular para que sean explotadas de manera adecuada y efectiva.es-ES
