dc.descriptionThe proposal presented below has as object of study the implementation of flipped learning as a pedagogical approach to promote educational quality, from teachers in language training at the Universidad Libre, to project it to public educational institutions in Colombia where it is performs pedagogical practice. This proposal will be carried out from a qualitative research, with a descriptive approach, carrying out a description and analysis of the different situations presented in school settings, specifically elementary school, from observation records, surveys and interviews, in relation to the bibliographic review of some theories of teaching and didactics of English in teacher training. The intervention and development of the project will be developed with undergraduate students in Spanish and foreign languages ​​from the Universidad Libre and a District Educational Institution, both located in the city of Bogota, Colombia. Finally, the determining factors that will arise from the development of this project will be mentioned, considering them important to investigate in other scenarios, to project them to different regions of the country.  en-US
dc.descriptionLa propuesta que se presenta a continuación tiene como objeto de estudio la implementación del aprendizaje invertido como enfoque pedagógico para promover la calidad educativa, desde los docentes en formación en idiomas de la Universidad Libre, para proyectarlo hacia las instituciones educativas públicas en Colombia en donde se realiza la práctica pedagógica. Esta propuesta se llevará a cabo a partir de una investigación cualitativa, con enfoque descriptivo, realizando una descripción y análisis a las diferentes situaciones presentadas en los escenarios escolares, específicamente básica primaria, a partir de registros de observación, encuestas y entrevistas, en relación con la revisión bibliográfica de algunas teorías de enseñanza y didáctica del inglés en la formación de docentes. La intervención y desarrollo del proyecto, se desarrollará con los estudiantes de licenciatura en español y lenguas extranjeras de la Universidad Libre y una Institución Educativa Distrital, ubicadas ambas en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia. Finalmente, se mencionarán los factores determinantes que surgirán del desarrollo de este proyecto, considerándolos importantes a investigar en otros escenarios, para proyectarlos hacia diferentes regiones del países-ES
