dc.descriptionWith the realization of this work is intended to address the study of the most important legal and jurisprudential aspects of the institution of constitutional protection, labor protection and tax shelter, as well as the Constitutional Protection Action enshrined in the Constitution of Colombia. It is necessary to know the scope of application of the norms contained in the Organic Law of Amparo on Rights and Constitutional Guarantees, as well as the Organic Labor Procedure Law and the Organic Tax Code in relation to the figure of Amparo as a means of defense of the defendants, guided by the jurisprudential doctrine exposed by the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of Venezuela on the matter and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Colombia. Fundamental considerations are made regarding the legal basis, legal nature and the procedure foreseen for each of these legal actions, making a fundamental differentiation between the Constitutional Protection and the Tax Amparo. In the development of the work, the qualitative documentary method was used, constituting a descriptive and conceptual development research, with the support of specialized bibliography. It is   intended, in short, to leave in the minds of researchers, students and experts in the field the concern that drives them to hold discussion forums that become a significant contribution to the field of law.en-US
dc.descriptionCon la realización del presente trabajo se pretende abordar el estudio de los aspectos legales y jurisprudenciales más importantes de la institución del Amparo Constitucional, el Amparo Laboral y el Amparo Tributario, así como también la Acción de Tutela Constitucional consagrada en la Constitución Política de Colombia. Se precisa conocer el ámbito de aplicación de las normas contenidas en la Ley Orgánica de Amparo Sobre Derechos y Garantías Constitucionales, así como también la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo y el Código Orgánico Tributario en relación a la figura del Amparo como un medio de defensa de los justiciables, orientados por la doctrina jurisprudencial expuesta por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia de Venezuela sobre la materia y el Tribunal Constitucional de la República de Colombia. Se realizan consideraciones fundamentales relativas al fundamento jurídico, naturaleza jurídica y al procedimiento previsto para cada una de estas acciones judiciales, haciendo una diferenciación fundamental entre el Amparo Constitucional y El Amparo Tributario. En el desarrollo del trabajo se utilizó el método cualitativo documental, constituyendo una investigación de carácter descriptivo y de desarrollo conceptual, con apoyo de bibliografía especializada. Se pretende, en fin, dejar en el ánimo de los investigadores, estudiantes y expertos en la materia la inquietud que los impulse a realizar foros de discusión que se transformen en un aporte significativo al campo del derechoes-ES
