dc.descriptionResearch has become an almost typical feature that distinguishes universities. A relatively new way of promoting these actions has been the configuration of young researchers groups, which constitute reflection spaces on the conception and practice of research. This paper aims to show the main aspects of a proposed young researchers group that is being promoted in the Specialization Program in Health Promotion and Human Development at Major College of Cundinamarca University. Three sections comprise this document. The first one reflects on the dialectical  nature of research: methodology, it privileges the construction of meaning from a critical spirit. The second section shows the commitment to the second dimension, as an alternative road to transformative social action. The third discusses some basic guidelines that support the proposal.en-US
dc.descriptionLa investigación se ha constituido en un rasgo casi propio que distingue a las universidades. Una forma relativamente reciente de promover estas acciones, ha sido desde la configuración de semilleros de investigación, los cuales se constituyen en espacios de dimensionamiento y reflexión sobre la misma concepción y práctica de la investigación. Este texto tiene el propósito de mostrar los principales aspectos de una propuesta de semillero de investigación que se viene impulsando en el programa de especialización de promoción en salud y desarrollo humano de la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca. Tres apartados constituyen este documento. En el primero se reflexiona sobre la naturaleza dialéctica de la investigación: la metodológica y la que privilegia la construcción de sentido desde el espíritu crítico. El segundo apartado muestra la apuesta por esa segunda dimensión, como camino alternativo que conduce a la acción transformadora social. El tercero, precisa algunos lineamientos de base que fundamentan la propuesta.es-ES
