dc.descriptionObjectiv To identify the optimal economic Colombian health system constitutes the framework of interest of the current article. Methodology The Multi-criteria analysis serves as a methodological tool to analyze data and/or the theoretical baggage, the capacity that is possessed to effectively deploy the foundations to consolidate a health system. Results While in Colombia the public resources devoted to health are still increasing, contributions and resources continue in hands of economic agents that, under the public capture, have made them their main source of funding. This circumstance has put the system in a direct discussion with the health care providers, or in favor of the resources management. The situation that arises here has clearly financial dijficulties, which have ended up blurring the character of each of the subjects involved, so that the system effectively meets its purpose. Conclusions The health system in Colombia is not articulated by any of the agents linked to this. In essence, the fragmentation in the system prevents congruence in the basic and priority issues of health in the country. None of the agents recognizes the prevalence of a health system, which currently has them out of it. For this reason, it has become a trend the purpos rding to the conditions oj the country's states.en-US
dc.descriptionObjetivo ldentificar los óptimos económicos del sistema de salud colombiano constituye el marco de interés del presente artículo. Metodología El análisis multicriterio funge como herramienta metodológica para analizar desde los datos y/o el bagaje teórico, la capacidad que se tiene para efectivamente desplegar las bases para la consolidación de un sistema de salud. Resultados Si bien, en Colombia los recursos públicos destinados a la salud siguen en aumento, aportes y recursos continúan en manos de agentes económicos que bajo captura pública, han hecho de ellos su principal fuente de financiación. Esta circunstancia ha puesto al sistema en una discusión directa frente a la prestación de los servicios de salud o ubicarse al lado de la administración de los recursos. La situación que acá se presenta, tiene dificultades claramente financieras que han terminado por desdibujar el carácter de cada uno de los agentes involucrados, para que el sistema efectivamente cumpla su propósito. Conclusiones El sistema de salud en Colombia no está articulado a ninguno de los agentes vinculados a éste. En esencia, la fragmentación en la que se encuentra el mismo, impide que haya coincidencia en los temas básicos y prioritarios de la salud en el país, y más aún, para que en términos generales, ninguno de ellos reconozca la prevalencia de un sistema de salud, que actualmente, los tiene por fuera del mismo. De allí que, ha hecho carrera el propósito de ajustar el sistema de salud, conforme a las condiciones de los departamentos del país.es-ES
