dc.description	The purpose of this research work is to analyze the position of the Superior Council of the Judiciary against the competence to hear the nullity action of the resolutions issued by administrative officials when it comes to workers at the service of the state, more specifically official workers. It is worth mentioning that public entities issue administrative acts of a labor nature, sometimes without taking into account the activities that the hired server will develop or if they are different during the development and execution of their activity, hence the lawsuits against of public entities by their servers	en-US
dc.description	El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como fin analizar la posición del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura frente a la competencia para conocer de la acción de nulidad de las resoluciones emitidas por funcionarios administrativos cuando se trata de trabajadores al servicio del estado, más específicamente trabajadores oficiales. Es de mencionar que las entidades públicas emiten actos administrativos de tipo laborales, en ocasiones sin tener en cuenta las actividades que va a desarrollar el servidor contratado o si estás varían durante el desarrollo y ejecución de su actividad, de ahí se originan las demandas en contra de las entidades públicas por parte de sus servidores	es-ES
