dc.descriptionThis research article aims to define the procedural requirements of disputes being carried out before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. In this sense, the concept of procedural requirement, which takes a special content in investment disputes, will be explained at first instance. Later, requirements will be analyzed specifically, as are the jurisdiction and competence, and from these the capacity to take part, consent and the legal dispute concerning investments. Finally some brief conclusions will be drawn.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo de investigación tiene como fin delimitar los presupuestos procesales de las controversias que se adelantan ante el Centro Internacional de Arreglo de Diferencias Relativas a Inversiones. En este sentido, en primera instancia se explicará el concepto de presupuesto procesal, el cual adquiere un contenido especial en los conflictos de inversión. Posteriormente, se analizarán los presupuestos de manera puntual, como lo son la jurisdicción y competencia y, a partir de estos, la capacidad para ser parte, el consentimiento y la disputa legal relativa a inversiones. Finalmente, se señalarán unas breves conclusiones.es-ES
