It is undertaken an inventory of papers which have dealt with this topic systematically; likewise, findings and theoretical and empirical contributions are synthesized so as to value the current state of research. It was pretended to give an answer to the research about syndicalism, which is the current state of research about teacher syndicalism in Colombia? Se hace un inventario de los trabajos que han abordado sistemáticamente el tema, se sintetizan los hallazgos y sus aportes teóricos y empíricos, en la línea de valorar el estado actual de la investigación. Se pretendió darle respuesta a un problema de investigación ¿Cuál es el estado de la investigación sobre el sindicalismo docente en Colombia? Desde el análisis documental y de texto se logró elaborar el trabajo de síntesis que registra este documento.	es-ES
