dc.description	The present article is the first product of a research about the influence of the inter-American system in the Colombian constitutional interpretation of the human rights. In this step of the research, it make a study on the state of the art in this champ. Given to the nonexistence of theoretical or case-law studies at the respect, this text make one analyzes to the doctrines on the components of the investigation: The constitutionality block, like bridge of entry of the international law to the Colombian law; the inter-American law as far as the interpretation of the fundamental rights and finally, the interpretation of the Colombian Constitutional Court about the Human Rights.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo es el primer resultado de un proyecto de investigación que trata de la influencia del sistema interamericano en la interpretación constitucional colombiana de los derechos fundamentales. En esta primera etapa de la investigación se hace un recorrido sobre el estado del arte en la materia. Al respecto, dada la inexistencia de estudios teóricos o jurisprudenciales, se analiza las doctrinas sobre los componentes de la investigación: el bloque de constitucionalidad, como puente de entrada del derecho internacional al derecho colombiano; el derecho interamericano en cuanto a la interpretación de los derechos fundamentales y, finalmente, la interpretación de la Corte Constitucional sobre dichos derechos.	es-ES
