dc.descriptionThe intervener is a figure that considers it for some sector of the doctrine like a coautoría form. This way, I outline it initially the Penal Court of the supreme Court of justice, later on it estimated the Court that the interveners in a crime could be accomplices or joint authors according to their holding in the punishable fact. For another sector, they understand that the intervener corresponds to a way of applying the pain to impose, diminished in a fourth part when it is special crimes in which the intervener is a the matter, that is to say who he/ she doesn’t have the quality demanded by the penal type, but don’t unite figure of responsibility or autonomous participation.en-US
dc.descriptionEl interviniente es una figura que algún sector de la doctrina considera como una forma de coautoría. Así lo planteó inicialmente la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia; posteriormente estimó la Corte que los intervinientes en un delito podrían ser cómplices o coautores de acuerdo a su participación en el hecho punible. Para otro sector, entienden que el interviniente corresponde a una manera de aplicar la pena a imponer, disminuida en una cuarta parte cuando se trata de delitos especiales, en las cuales el interviniente es el particular, es decir, quien no tiene la calidad exigida por el tipo penal, pero no es una figura de autoría o participación autónoma.es-ES
