dc.descriptionThe article is based on a methodology with a qualitative approach of a hermeneutic type, which aims to understand the constitutional deprotection in social security matters that are affected by ad-honorem judges linked to the judicial system. The analytical framework outlines the figure of the judge in Colombia, highlighting the problems of ad-honorem practices due to the exclusion of these servers from the social security system taking into account that student insurance is not applicable to them, because of their status as graduates Non-graduates and also do not have the possibility of being protected by the health system because they are considered academic practices not constituting a work contract or employment relationship. The inclusion of the judicia ad honorem within the framework of the apprenticeship contract regulated by the Colombian labor legislation and a reform of the law 270 of 1996, which tends to equalize social security rights, is concluded as a proposalen-US
dc.descriptionEl artículo parte de una metodología con enfoque cualitativo de tipo hermenéutico, que pretende comprender la desprotección constitucional en materia de seguridad social a la que se ven abocados los judicantes ad-honorem vinculados a la rama judicial. El marco analítico esboza la figura del judicante en Colombia, evidenciando la problemática de las prácticas ad-honorem debido a la exclusión de estos servidores frente al sistema de seguridad social teniendo en cuenta que el seguro estudiantil no les es aplicable, por su condición de egresados no graduados y tampoco cuentan con la posibilidad de gozar de una vinculación al sistema por parte de la rama judicial por considerarse practicas académicas no constitutivas de contrato de trabajo o relación laboral. Se concluye a título de proposición la inclusión del judicante ad honorem dentro del régimen normativo del contrato de aprendizaje regulado por la legislación laboral colombiana y una reforma a la ley 270 de 1996, que propenda por la equiparación de derechos en materia de seguridad social.es-ES
