dc.descriptionJudge the rationality of its function, the typical question, which, however from the objectivity of graphs normative consideration in the concrete or in the Constitution, belongs largely to its interior, as complex human being. The sense of typicality, facing the interior of the judge and justice graduates in the just, being the Company, its target. What is fair belongs within each human being. But the judge, it's up to publicize and apply justice. The research shows how to examine the typical, statutory law and the right of the judge interact, particularly in constitutional, as a dynamic part of abstract right.en-US
dc.descriptionLa racionalidad del juez en su función, pregunta sobre la tipicidad, la cual, no obstante partir de la objetividad de los grafos normativos, su examen en lo concreto o en lo constitucional, pertenece en buena medida a su interior, como ser humano complejo. El sentido de la tipicidad, confronta la justicia interior del juez y se gradúa dentro de lo justo, siendo la sociedad, su destinataria. Lo que es justo le pertenece al interior de cada ser humano. Pero al juez, le toca hacer pública y aplicable la justicia. La investigación muestra cómo al examinar la tipicidad, el derecho legislado y el derecho del juez interactúan, en especial en lo constitucional, como una parte dinámica del derecho abstracto.es-ES
