dc.description	The article aims to contribute to the reflection on justice around the policiespromoted by the Colombian State to overcome the effects of obliged displacement, whichhave not managed to improve the life circumstances of those who cross it; It is necessaryto give a new perspective to this situation. For this, the phenomenon is analyzed fromthe approach of Justice of Amartya Sen, taking the concepts of capacity and opportunitywhich revealed the presence of political and economic assistance and the absence of realopportunities to access rights and fundamental freedoms. The methodological approachof the present study corresponds to the qualitative type. Since the present article is of areflexive type, the subjectivity of the author is allowed to interpret a situation in the lightof the theory. In this case, an in-depth review of Amartya Sen’s literature was carried outin order to analyze justice and its relationship with the policies of attention to people in asituation of displacement	en-US
dc.description	El artículo busca contribuir a la reflexión sobre la justicia en torno a las políticas impulsadas por el Estado para superar los efectos del desplazamiento forzado, que no han logrado mejorar las circunstancias de vida de quienes lo atraviesan; siendo necesario dar una nueva perspectiva a esta situación.  Para ello, se analiza el fenómeno desde el enfoque de Justicia de Amartya Sen, tomando los conceptos de capacidad y oportunidad lo que develó la presencia del asistencialismo político y económico y la ausencia de oportunidades reales para acceder a los derechos y libertades fundamentales. El enfoque metodológico del presente estudio corresponde al tipo cualitativo. Dado que el presente artículo es de tipo reflexivo, se permite la subjetividad del autor para interpretar una situación a la luz de la teoría. En este caso, se realizó una revisión a profundidad de la literatura de Amartya Sen con el fin de realizar un análisis de la justicia y su relación con las políticas de atención a las personas en situación de desplazamiento.	es-ES
