dc.description	The purpose of this research article is to demonstrate that the constitutionalfoundation of the collective right to enjoy a healthy environment, empowers thelegislator to take action on the protection of the environment. The environmental taxis one of those mechanisms. This taxation was effective in achieving the objectivesof environmental policy, due to its ability to internalize the environmental costscaused by pollution.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo de investigación tiene por finalidad demostrar que la fundamentación constitucional del derecho colectivo a disfrutar de un ambiente sano, surte facultades al legislador para establecer medidas de protección del medio ambiente, elevado a bien jurídico protegido. La figura tributaria ambiental es uno de esos mecanismos, el instituto jurídico tributario resultó eficaz en la tarea de lograr los objetivos de política ambiental, gracias a su capacidad de internalizar los costos ambientales que ocasiona la contaminación.	es-ES
