Of all of the environmental problems accumulated within the public sector Cuban from the triumph of the social project to the century XXI recognized by the Public Administration, with an obsolete and heterogeneous, needed industry of renewal and bringing up to date, that you implement the clean technologies and you apply the tools of step to achieve friendly enterprises with the environment, in behind doing them more competitive and sustainable in the bringing up to date of the economic model, but very undercapitalized, which is why you are in need of capitalization. With the happened modifications as from the bringing up to date of the new cost-reducing model and the approval of a new legal standard on the subject of foreign investment, the State bets on the modernization of the state-owned industry with respect to the ambient midway and with it achieving a sustainable development.en-US
dc.descriptionSe realiza un análisis histórico de la inversión extranjera desde la óptica del Derecho Mercantil a partir de los orígenes de esta rama del derecho y su aplicación en la nación cubana. De todos los problemas ambientales acumulados dentro del sector estatal cubano desde el triunfo del proyecto social hasta el siglo XXI reconocidos por la Administración Pública, con una industria obsoleta y heterogénea, necesitada de renovación y actualización, que implemente las tecnologías limpias y aplique las herramientas de gestión para lograr empresas amigables con el ambiente, en pos de hacerlas más competitivas y sostenibles en la actualización del modelo económico, pero muy descapitalizada, por lo que necesita de capitalización. Con las modificaciones surgidas a partir de la actualización del nuevo modelo econó- mico y la aprobación de una nueva norma legal en materia de inversión extranjera, el Estado apuesta por la modernización de la industria estatal con respeto al medio ambiente y con ello lograr un desarrollo sostenible.es-ES
