| dc.description | This article is the result of a revision to the subject based on the assessment that has crime on public safety, and was analyzed from three different approaches that were considered hot spots, therefore, appropriate to address: based on the knowledge of some policies of the rulers, against the coexistence and citizen security, taking as example raised by the District Mayor of Barranquilla, and the Mayor of Bogotá DC, where one of his biggest concerns is the issue of security, and strengthen it through social investment, continuing our journey to the heart of citizenship itself, where denotes not only a sense of insecurity that was reflected in the statistical data provided by the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE) but in certain cases in which ordinary citizens express how creepy their fear to take to the streets to perform their daily activities, which consequently leads to citizens think of impunity that plagues our country, and even more when acceptance situations such as transitional justice, in turn reward system for individuals who commit acts of barbarism and cruelty where thousands of victims wait is stronger than a purely economic damages, a comprehensive repair, understand where really the precepts and pillars are met our system of prosecution against the content of truth, justice and reparation, and not a mixture rigged to favor political interests. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo es resultado de una revisión al tema de la valoración que tiene la criminalidad en la seguridad ciudadana, y que fue analizada desde tres enfoques, fueron considerados puntos neurálgicos: partiendo del conocimiento de algunas de las políticas de los gobernantes, frente a la convivencia y seguridad ciudadana, tomándose como ejemplo las planteadas por la Alcaldía Distrital de Barranquilla, y la Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá D.C., donde una de sus mayores preocupaciones es el tema de la seguridad y su fortalecimiento a través de la inversión social, continuando nuestro recorrido hasta el corazón de la misma ciudadanía, donde se denota no solo una sensación de inseguridad, sino de casos puntuales donde ciudadanos del común expresan el miedo que sienten al salir a las calle a ejercer sus actividades cotidianas, aspecto que lleva a la ciudadanía pensar en la impunidad que azota a nuestro país, y aún mayor, cuando se impone la aceptación de situaciones como la justicia transicional, a su vez premial, para individuos que cometen actos de barbarie y crueldad donde miles de víctimas esperan más que una indemnización económica, una reparación integral, entiéndase, donde realmente se cumplan los preceptos y pilares de nuestro sistema de enjuiciamiento, frente al contenido de verdad, justicia y reparación, y no una mezcla amañada que favorezca intereses políticos. | es-ES |
