dc.descriptionThe problem of the cause, it’s one of the most discussed, analyzed y criticized, because of its metaphysic structure, particularly the philosophical positivism. This affirmation of Perogrullo, has bigger credibility in the field of laws, where some accept the existence of the cause, other deny it and a lot world any kind of references to it, thinking maybe that avoidance avoids disgusting consequences later. The real, concrete and real is that the cause operates in the civil, commercial and criminal law, and because of this it’s an unavoidable duty, for anyone who thinks having juridical knowledge, in the knowledge of this problematic, that of its complexity it’s very interesting.en-US
dc.descriptionEl problema de la causa es uno de los más debatidos, analizados y criticados, por su estructura metafísica, en particular por el PositivismoFilosófico. Esta afirmación de Perogrullo, adquiere mayor relevancia en el campo del Derecho, donde algunos tratadistas aceptan la existencia de la causa, otros la niegan y muchos evaden cualquier referencia a ella, pensando quizás que esa elusión, evita desagradables consecuencias posteriores. Lo real, concreto y verdadero es que la causa opera en el Derecho Civil, Comercial y Penal, por lo cual es un deber ineludible, para cualquiera que se precie tener medianos conocimientos jurídicos referirse a ello, so pena de quedar a medias tintas, en el conocimiento deesta problemática, que a pesar de su complejidad es muy interesante.es-ES
