dc.descriptionThe organic region law was approved within the framework of a process of political bids, the results of which resulted in the drafting of a final text that, despite not being ideal, constitutes progress in territorial decentralization. This opens the possibility of a transformation of the territorial governments in Colombia depending on the way in which the creation of the regions is accompanied by an effective allocation of resources and powers to be developed at this level of government.en-US
dc.descriptionLa ley de orgánica de regiones fue aprobada dentro del marco de un proceso de pujas políticas cuyos resultados derivaron en la redacción de un texto final que a pesar de no ser lo ideal, constituye un avance en materia de descentralización territorial. Esto abre la posibilidad de una trasformación de los gobiernos territoriales en Colombia dependendiendo de la manera como la creación de las regiones se acompañe de una asignación efectiva de recursos y atribuciones para ser desarrolladas este nivel de gobierno.es-ES
