Trataremos no solo de desarrollar la naturaleza de dichas subreglas, sino también de mirar la ubicación que ocupan dentro del ordenamiento jurídico. Concluiremos, con meridiano acierto, que determinando la ubicación que dichos precedentes ostenten en el escalonamiento jurídico colombiano será así mismo el poder y carácter vinculante que tengan dentro del sistema normativo. es-ES
