dc.descriptionEl presente documento tiene como objetivo general explorar siete puntos de contacto entre el derecho y la globalización, para rastrear algunos impactos de este fenómeno en la ciencia jurídica. Se analizan entonces, conceptos como estado constitucional, la reestructuración del campo jurídico, el concepto de soberanía, sociedades de control, activismo judicial y algunas dinámicas neoliberales. Al final el documento cierra con unas conclusiones.es-ES
