dc.descriptionGlobalization, being one of the most important political, social, economic, educational, cultural, technological, and financial processes since the 20th century, has simultaneously been shown as a critical and uncertain scenario in terms of human rights, the environment and equality.  The globalization process is an expansive process that impacts in all the social and intimate areas of the human being, and from that role as the organizing center of social life, it has allowed the emergence of resistance movements from the different diversities, where the issues  Gender and feminism, which refer specifically to power relations and structural inequality between both sexes, do not get pushed to the background.  This research work corresponds to a study aimed at analyzing the incidence of globalizing dynamics on gender rights, supported by a descriptive-qualitative method, due to the study of the problem to be investigated through socio-legal hermeneutics and the collection of reports issued by the UN and other official entities, together with the measures that have been taken to guarantee gender equality and human dignity.en-US
dc.descriptionLa globalización al ser unos de los procesos políticos, sociales, económicos, educativos, culturales, tecnológicos y financieros más importantes desde el siglo XX, paralelamente se ha mostrado como un escenario crítico y de incertidumbre en materia de derechos humanos, medio ambiente e igualdad. El proceso de globalización es un proceso expansivo e incidente en todos los ámbitos sociales e íntimos del ser humano, y desde ese papel de centro ordenador de la vida social, ha permitido el surgimiento de movimientos de resistencia desde las diferentes diversidades, en donde los temas de género y feminismo, que se refieren específicamente a las relaciones de poder y desigualdad estructural entre ambos sexos, no pasan a un segundo plano. El presente trabajo de investigación corresponde a un estudio encaminado al análisis de la incidencia de las dinámicas globalizantes en los derechos de género, soportado con un método descriptivo – cualitativo, debido al estudio del problema a investigar mediante la hermenéutica socio jurídica y la recolección de informes emitidos por la ONU y demás entidades oficiales, junto con las medidas que se han tomado para garantizar la equidad de género y la dignidad humana.es-ES
