dc.descriptionIn 1438 the Inca Empire began its farmation and lasted until 1533 when Francisco Pizarra, takes possession of Cuzco the capital of the empire, however, until this moment Machu Picchu was not known nor by the invaders themselves. Perhaps it was the American archaeologist Hiram Bingham in 1911 or another character who faund the ruins, the only certain thing was that a new and spectacular world was faund far the architecture and history of the human being, far the incredible handling with nature and the urban organization of this other world far what until now was the entire Inca empire. From its entrance to each of the spaces that made up the big city, had as their purpose the relationship with nature, topography, use, construction materials and so splendid management of them, without going so far from these architectural strategies, we can find all these characteristics in the great handling of the stone in such a complicated topography and the spatial distribution of the city. en-US
dc.descriptionEn 1438 el imperio incaico inicio su formación y duró hasta 1533 cuando Francisco Pizarro, se apodera de Cuzco la capital del imperio, sin embargo, hata este momento Machu Picchu no era conocido ni por los mismos invasores. Quizás haya sido el arqueólogo norteamericano Hiram Bingham en 1911 u otro personaje el que encontró las ruinas, lo único cierto fue que se encontró un mundo nuevo y espectacular para la arquictectura y la historia del ser humano, por el increíble manejo con la naturaleza y la organización urbana de este otro mundo para lo que hasta el momento era todo el imperio inca. Desde su entrada hasta cada uno de los espacios que constituían la gran ciudad, tenían como finalidad la relación con la naturaleza, la topografía, el uso, sus materiales constructivos y tan esplendoroso manejo de estos, sin ir tan lejos de estas estrategias arquitectónicas, podemos encontrar todas estas características en el gran manejo de la piedra en tan complicada topografía y la distribución espacial de la ciudad. es-ES
