El presente documento realiza una recopilación y análisis de la gestión realizada por la empresa Zx Ventures Colombia S.A.S en los BBC Pubs ubicados en la ciudad de Bogotá en torno a la gestión de la organización a dar cumplimiento a los requisitos de ley, y el conocimiento de los colaboradores en torno a este tema; en el cual se sugiere una guía de metodológica para dar cumplimiento, seguimiento y control.
