| dc.description | El presente trabajo se desarrolla a partir de la necesidad de identificar las actividades a realizar para implementar sistemas de responsabilidad social en el sector minero de la vereda Balsillas del Municipio de Mosquera, para formular las estrategias adecuadas y garantizar su mantenimiento, se desarrolló una metodología basada en la identificación de partes interesadas y sus expectativas, teniendo en cuenta los recursos de dichas empresas y el alcance del sistema, como resultado de este trabajo se diseñó una guía de responsabilidad social que contiene los aspectos relevantes de la investigación como son el marco legal y conceptual, el marco teórico y los programas formulados para mejorar la calidad de vida de los pobladores aledaños, los trabajadores de las empresas mineras y de sus familias, mejorar las calidad ambiental del entorno e incrementar la aceptación de las empresas por la comunidad aumentando su productividad e imagen corporativa. | |
| dc.description | This work is developed from the need to identify activities to implement systems of social responsibility in the mining sector of the sidewalk Padilla of the municipality of Mosquera, to formulate appropriate strategies and ensure its maintenance of developed a methodology based on the identification of stakeholders and their expectations, taking into account the resources of these companies and the scope of the system as a result of this work was a guide of social responsibility which contains the relevant aspects of the research such as the legal and conceptual framework, the theoretical framework and formulated programmes to improve the quality of life of nearby residents, the workers of the mining companies and their families, improve the environmental quality of the environment and increase the acceptance of Community companies increasing their productivity and corporate image. The developed methodology considers the stages or phases of investigation, characterization, diagnosis and action, in these stages it investigates about current environmental legal regulations in the mining sector, those relating to corporate social responsibility, are carried out surveys to stakeholders to identify their needs and expectations, the relevant analysis is carried out taking into account the resources and scope of the mining companies of the sidewalk Padilla of the municipality of Mosquera , and are formulated programmes to be implemented, to ensure its maintenance in time and the objectives are formulated indicators of management, which may be revised and socialized to the community, for the efficient and transparent control of the activities. | |
