dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de grado aborda el análisis de los factores tanto naturales como de tipo antrópico, que confluyen alrededor del humedal “La libélula” perteneciente al Parque Ecológico Distrital de Humedales el Tunjo hoy denominado Reserva Distrital de Humedal con el decreto 555 de 2021. Este conjunto de circunstancias conducen la elaboración de la presente investigación con el objetivo de comprender los procesos sociales que ocurren alrededor del humedal, situado entre Ciudad Bolívar y Tunjuelito, estableciendo los factores institucionales, sociales y ambientales que han tenido injerencia en el estado actual del mismo y cuya comprensión conduce a la estructuración de una propuesta de gestión del conflicto ambiental. El plan de acción para la puesta en marcha de esta investigación inició con la descripción del área de estudio, generando un diagnóstico inicial en función de la identificación de actores y su percepción sobre el problema, posteriormente se utilizaron métodos e instrumentos que se adaptaron a las necesidades específicas identificadas a lo largo de la investigación, que a su vez, permitieron la consolidación de información y acercamiento a los actores involucrados, pasando luego al análisis de la información recolectada bajo la óptica de diversos referentes teóricos. Por último, se estructura una propuesta de gestión que busca el mejoramiento de las condiciones ambientales del ecosistema.
dc.descriptionThis degree project analyses factors, not only natural but also anthropic, which converge around a wetland. The dragonfly "la libélula" how it is called in Spanish, and which is located in "El Tunjo" an Ecological District wetland Park, but nowadays it is called District wetland Reserve due to decree 555 of 2021. This set of circumstances led us to develop the research with the objective of comprehending the social processes that take place in the wetland, the wetland is situated between "Ciudad Bolivar" and "Tunjuelito". We have been establishing the institutional, social and environmental factors that have interfered in the current condition of it. Based on this understanding we started to structure the proposal about ecological management conflict. The implementation plan for this research began with the description of the study area, it generated an initial diagnosis based on the identification of the actors and their perception of the problem. Subsequently, throughout the investigation, methods and instruments were adapted to the specific needs identified. This allowed the consolidation of the information and the approaching to the actors involved thus it has been moving on to the analysis of the information collected from the perspective of various theoretical references. Finally, we are looking forward to structuring a management proposal to improve the ecosystem's environmental conditions.
