dc.descriptionLa presente es una prospección realizada al cultivo de chamba y específicamente a su principal producto derivado (la pulpa congelada), en el municipio de Miraflores, capital de la provincia de Lengupá, departamento Boyacá (Colombia). Este estudio permitirá determinar el grado de aceptación que tienen los productos derivados de la chamba, principalmente la pulpa y las condiciones en las que se comercializan los subproductos de la chamba, así como también las afectaciones o beneficios que pueda traer la prospección de la cosecha este cultivo. En el desarrollo de este proyecto se evaluaron diferentes propiedades y características del fruto de la chamba, lo cual permite determinar las condiciones que se puedan mejorar de la producción, almacenamiento y transporte para evaluar e incluso ampliar las posibilidades para incrementar proyectos productivos que permitan dar a conocer esta fruta y los productos derivados más allá de la provincia de Lengupá. Lo anterior permitiría impulsar el crecimiento económico de la región y resaltar la labor de las organizaciones campesinas y productores de chamba, además de permitir a las personas de otras regiones conocer este fruto a partir del procesamiento y transformación de la pulpa, en condiciones estándares y determinados por una investigación de mercado en Bogotá D.C.; todo esto bajo la perspectiva técnica, financiera, ambiental, y administrativa que permita determinar la viabilidad de la chamba como producto comercializable.
dc.descriptionThis is a survey about the cultivation of chamba and specifically its main derivative product (frozen pulp), in the municipality of Miraflores, capital of the province of Lengupá, department of Boyacá (Colombia). This study will determine the degree of acceptance that the products derived from the chamba have, mainly the pulp and the conditions in which the by-products of the chamba are marketed, as well as the effects or benefits that the prospecting of the harvest can bring crop. In the development of this project different properties and characteristics of the fruit of the chamba were evaluated, which allows to determine the conditions that can be improved from the production, storage and transport to evaluate and even expand the possibilities to increase productive projects that allow giving Get to know this fruit and derived products beyond the province of Lengupá. The foregoing would boost economic growth in the region and highlight the work of peasant organizations and producers of chamba, in addition to allowing people from other regions to know this fruit from pulp processing and transformation, under standard and determined conditions. For a market research in Bogotá DC; all this under the technical, financial, environmental, and administrative perspective that allows determining the viability of the chamba as a marketable product.
