dc.description	The objective of this research is to know and compare the development of entrepreneurial skills between new entrepreneurs who have gone through higher education institutions and those who have not. The Tuning model was used as a theoretical framework, more specifically the general skills described there. Using qualitative methodology, with a phenomenological design, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 30 new entrepreneurs, based in the city of Mar del Plata, Argentina, 15 of whom have gone through higher education and 15 who have not. They mainly dealt with the history of the venture, its structure and operation, the profile of the entrepreneur and retrospective and prospective evaluations. The results show that both groups of new entrepreneurs develop a low amount of entrepreneurial skills. In relation to this, it is stated that the greatest potential of higher education institutions is not found in developing new competences, but in generating changes of the qualitative order in the existing ones.	en-US
dc.description	La presente investigación tiene por objetivo conocer y comparar el desarrollo de competencias emprendedoras entre emprendedores noveles que han transitado por instituciones de educación superior y aquellos que no. Fue utilizado el modelo Tuning como marco teórico, más específicamente las competencias generales allí descriptas. Mediante metodología cualitativa, con un diseño fenomenológico, fueron realizadas entrevistas semi estructuradas a 30 emprendedores noveles, radicados en la ciudad de Mar del Plata, Argentina, 15 de los cuales han transitado por la educación superior y 15 que no. Las mismas versaron principalmente sobre la historia del emprendimiento, su estructura y funcionamiento, el perfil del emprendedor/a y evaluaciones retrospectivas y prospectivas. Los resultados dejan ver que ambos grupos de emprendedores noveles desarrollan una baja cantidad de competencias emprendedoras. En relación a esto se afirma que la mayor potencialidad de las instituciones de educación superior no se encuentra en desarrollar nuevas competencias, sino en generar cambios del orden de lo cualitativo en las existentes.	es-ES
