dc.descriptionEste proyecto realizado en la Contraloría de Bogotá D.C en convenio con la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, analiza cuáles son los impactos económicos producidos por el cambio de tarifas en el Impuesto Predial Unificado IPU de los predios residenciales no propiedad horizontal estratos 1 a 6 en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C, para lo que se realizó la proyección del IPU obtenido con las tarifas reajustadas del Acuerdo 105 de 2003 a las vigencias 2017 y 2018 esto con la finalidad de obtener la relación de los impactos generados con la implementación del vigente Acuerdo 648 de 2016 vigente a partir de 2017.
dc.descriptionThis project, carried out in the Comptroller's office of Bogotá D.C., in agreement with the Francisco Jose de Caldas District University, analyzes the economic impacts produced by the change in tariffs in the Unified Property Tax IPU of the residential properties not in the horizontal property strata 1 to 6 in the city of Bogotá D.C., for which the projection of the IPU obtained with the adjusted tariffs of Agreement 105 of 2003 was made to 2017 and 2018, with the purpose of obtaining the relation of the impacts generated with the implementation of the current Agreement 648 of 2016 effective as of 2017.
