| dc.description | El catastro en Colombia se fundamenta en la identificación de los aspectos físicos, jurídicos, económicos y fiscales de las unidades prediales, con la ley 1753 de 2015 del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2014 – 2018 «Todos por un nuevo país» se incentiva a que el Gobierno Nacional promueva la implementación de un catastro nacional con enfoque multipropósito, en el cual además del aspecto fiscal se tome en consideración diferentes aspectos que permitan aportar a la planeación y ordenamiento del territorio. El presente proyecto en primera entrega con modalidad investigación e innovación con el grupo de investigación GIGA propone aspectos indispensables a considerar en el catastro multipropósito, esto implementado en el municipio de Chipaque Cundinamarca. | |
| dc.description | The cadastre in Colombia is based on the identification of the physical, legal, economic and fiscal aspects of the property units, with the law 1753 of 2015 of the National Development Plan 2014 - 2018 "All for a new country" encourages the National Government promotes the implementation of a national cadastre with a multipurpose approach, in which in addition to the fiscal aspect, different aspects that allow contributing to the planning and organization of the territory are taken into consideration. The present project in first delivery with research and innovation modality with the GIGA research group proposes indispensable aspects to be considered in the multipurpose cadastre, this implemented in the municipality of Chipaque Cundinamarca. | |
