dc.descriptionLo que se pretende con la propuesta presentada en este proyecto es evaluar la factibilidad de la integración de dos de los más importantes eslabones de la cadena productiva como lo son la producción del cerdo en pie y el beneficio de los cerdos para llegar al consumidor final con mejor control de la calidad del producto manteniendo un precio competitivo, este se enfocara en el departamento de Boyacá donde se identifica falta de productoras de ciclo completo y sobre todo de plantas tecnificadas de beneficio para el ganado porcino.
dc.descriptionWhat is intended with the proposal presented in this project is to evaluate the feasibility of integrating two of the most important links in the productive chain, such as the production of the standing pig and the benefit of the pigs to reach the final consumer with better control of the quality of the product while maintaining a competitive price, this will focus on the department of Boyacá where there is a lack of full-cycle producers and, above all, of technified plants for the benefit of pigs.
