dc.descriptionEn este proyecto se llevó a cabo el diseño de una red social para facilitar la administración de una propiedad residencial basada en uso de dispositivos móviles y sistemas basados en software, con el fin de agilizar procesos de negocio que permitan una organización mas optima y transparente para todos los interesados en propiedad horizontal. A partir de esto, el siguiente proyecto fue diseñado con un administrador del sistema que autoriza el registro de residentes, actualización de información y aprobaciones de acceso a áreas comunes. Por otro lada un perfil de usuario que permite establecer comunicación con otros usuarios y administrador mediante un chat en linea.
dc.descriptionThis project carried out the design of a social network to facilitate the administration of a residential property based on the use of mobile devices and software-based systems, in order to streamline business processes that allow a more optimal and transparent organization for All interested in horizontal property. From this, the following project was designed with a system administrator who authorizes the registration of residents, update information and approvals of access to common areas. On the other hand a user profile that allows communication with other users and administrator through an online chat.
