dc.descriptionEl trabajo desarrollado, presenta una solución a un problema de ruteo de vehículos para la distribución de productos en el sector retail específicamente en lo que respecta a la venta a domicilio en donde los clientes puedan escoger productos de distintos supermercados y estos sean llevados a su lugar de residencia. De esta manera el problema considera las restricciones de capacidad de la flota a utilizar, las ventanas de tiempo en las que se debe satisfacer la demanda de los clientes, múltiples orígenes siendo estos los supermercados, múltiples destinos siendo estos los clientes, la recogida y la entrega de los productos, solucionado por medio de un software programado en Visual Basic de excel, el cual ejecuta una heurística basada en un análisis combinatorio de búsqueda exhaustiva para encontrar la mejor ruta.
dc.descriptionThe work developed presents a solution to a vehicle routing problem for the distribution of products in the retail sector specifically in regard to home sales where customers can choose products from different supermarkets and these are taken to their place of residence. In this way the problem considers the restrictions of capacity of the fleet to use, the windows of time in which the demand of the customers must be satisfied, multiple origins being these the supermarkets, multiple destinies being these the clients, the collection and the Delivery of the products, being solved through a software programmed in Visual Basic of excel, which executes a heuristic based on a combinatorial analysis of exhaustive search to find the best route.
