dc.descriptionLas actividades arboriculturales de poda y tala requieren un registro diario de las características de los árboles intervenidos con el fin de realizar los informes legales correspondientes. Sin embargo, la sistematización de estos datos se ha convertido en cuello de botella para la gestión de la información debido a los grandes volúmenes de datos que se manejan diariamente, por lo que el tiempo transcurrido desde el momento en el que se ejecutó la actividad hasta que se genera el informe es superior a 15 días. En respuesta a la problemática expuesta anteriormente se planteó para este proyecto una aplicación para dispositivo móvil –CEIBA– que permita capturar directamente datos en campo y que funcione como una vía de comunicación entre las personas que capturan los datos en campo y las que se encuentran en la oficina.
dc.descriptionThe pruning and felling activities require a daily record of the characteristics of the trees intervened in order to make the corresponding legal reports. However, the systematization of these data has become the bottleneck for information management due to the large volumes of data handled daily, so that time elapsed since the moment in which the activity was executed until the report is generated is greater than 15 days. In response to the aforementioned problems, an application for the mobile device -CEIBA- was proposed for this project, which allows data to be captured directly in the field and which functions as a means of communication between the people who capture the data in the field and those who are in the office.
