dc.descriptionDentro del presente documento se plantea un proyecto con vistas al futuro, involucrando diferentes factores y recursos en los cuales se incluyen el monetario, humano y físico. Con una proyección inicial de cinco años, se busca resolver la problemática o necesidad de los residentes del barrio Madelena de tener un sistema de alumbrado público eficiente y económico, a través del aprovechamiento de la energía solar y que incurra en reducciones en gastos de facturación a mediano y largo plazo. Siguiendo una ruta de trabajo que inicia con el planteamiento e identificación y posterior de limitación del problema, posteriormente se analizará y seleccionará la solución que mejor encaje en la necesidad, la cual va estar basada en aspectos de mercado, técnicos, administrativos, legales y económicos. Finalmente, con una evaluación económico financiera se establecerá que el proyecto tiene camino y viabilidad para su realización.

Following a work path that begins with the approach and identification and subsequent limitation of the problem, then it will be analyzed and selected the solution that best fits the need, which will be based on market, technical, administrative, legal and economic aspects. Finally, with a financial economic evaluation it will be established that the project has a path and feasibility for its realization.
