dc.descriptionEn el contenido de este documento se encuentra un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de los factores de ausentismo que se generaron en el año 2018 y 2019 de la empresa OFFIBANK Y CIA SAS. Esta empresa se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá y se dedica a la fabricación de mobiliario arquitectónico; de igual forma, se encuentra la aplicabilidad de indicadores que permiten determinar el índice de ausencia y validar el costo que representa. Como resultado de este análisis, se identifica que para el año 2018 se presentaron más eventos que para el año 2019; sin embargo, los días de ausencia fueron mayores en el año 2019. Conforme a los resultados obtenidos se busca establecer medidas que permitan reducir los índices de ausentismo laboral ocasionados por los accidentes de trabajo y las enfermedades generales.

As a result of this analysis, it is identified that for the year 2018 there were more events than for the year 2019; however, the days of absence were greater in 2019. According to the results obtained, it is sought to establish measures that allow reducing the rates of absenteeism caused by work accidents and general illnesses
