dc.descriptionEn este documento se presenta la optimización propuesta para la aplicación de un sellador de superficies llamado Prymer en el conjunto de parabrisas de los automóviles Spark y Sail que se producen en la planta de GM Colmotores. En primera instancia, se presentan las necesidades particulares de la aplicación de dicho sellador y el impacto que se genera en el proceso productivo y en los operarios que realizan la labor, adicionalmente se dan a conocer los datos muestrales obtenidos en planta para su posterior comparación con el plan propuesto. Posteriormente, se muestran simulaciones industriales del proceso actual y del nuevo modelo seleccionado para finalmente evaluar y constatar las ventajas que se pueden presentar al aplicar éste plan en los procesos productivos en planta.
dc.descriptionThis document presents the optimization proposal for the application of a sealant called Prymer in both windshields of the Spark and Sail cars which are produced at GM Colmotores Factory. In first instance, the particular needs for the application of this sealant are presented and the impact that generates in the production process and in the workers who performs the work, additionally, the sample data are disclosed obtained in the Factory for a later comparison with the proposed goal. Later on, industrial simulations of the current process are shown and also of the new selected model to finally assess and verify the advantages that may occur when implementing this plan in the production process of the factory.
