dc.descriptionEste proyecto muestra una solución ITSM, diseñada a la medida de las necesidades de una compañía de telecomunicaciones de alta envergadura, particularmente se realiza el despliegue y configuración de la herramienta GLPI ajustada a los requerimientos solicitados en la compañía, este proceso se logro a partir de objetivos claros representados en fases, lo que facilito la ejecución y éxito del mismo, se diseñaron los flujos de trabajo de configuración, implementación y despliegue, logrando descubrir las fuentes de información de inventario estático así como las de inventario dinámico o de equipos operativos en la red, se plantearon diferentes mecanismos de extracción de datos y se realizó un proceso automatizado para la extracción de datos en forma masiva, con lo cual se mejoro el proceso de tratamiento de activos a nivel interno, finalmente, se implementó un servidor que aloja la herramienta, de tal manera que fuese del alcance a cualquier tipo de usuario conectado a la red corporativa.
dc.descriptionThis project shows an ITSM solution, tailored to the needs of a company large-scale telecommunications, particularly the deployment and configuration of the GLPI tool adjusted to the requirements requested in the company, this process was achieved based on clear objectives represented in phases, which facilitated its execution and success, it designed the configuration, implementation and deployment workflows, managing to discover sources of static inventory information as well as those of dynamic or equipment inventory operating in the network, different data extraction mechanisms were proposed and a automated process for the extraction of data in a massive way, with which the process was improved asset treatment internally, finally, a server was implemented that hosts the tool, in such a way that it would be accessible to any type of user connected to the network corporate.
