dc.descriptionEl principal objetivo de este trabajo es realizar el análisis de factibilidad técnica y económica para la implementación de un sistema de gestión integral basado en CRM para la empresa AM Ltda., para este fin se desarrolla el análisis del mercado; demanda del sector y demanda interna, el desarrollo de los requerimientos técnicos mínimos que debe contar la herramienta software para la empresa. Adicionalmente se evalúa la normatividad vigente que pueda amenazar el desarrollo de la propuesta y se evalúa por último la viabilidad financiera y análisis de sensibilidad de la implementación. Los resultados obtenidos presentan un flujo de caja positivo para los escenarios planteados, para los cuales se varían los ingresos proyectados para los primeros 5 años del proyecto; obteniendo en el peor de los casos una TIR de 11,17% (Sin financiar la inversión inicial) y el mejor de los casos presenta una TIR de 64,48% (Contemplando un crédito por el 50% del valor de la inversión inicial). Se pretende obtener un incremento en las ventas de la compañía del 10% por la implementación del sistema, y se infiere que el proyecto es viable y se abordan unas recomendaciones para la implementación del sistema planteado.
dc.descriptionThe main objective of this work is to perform the technical and economic feasibility analysis for the implementation of an integral management system based on CRM for the company AM Ltda. For this purpose the market analysis is developed; the demand of the sector and the internal demand, the development of the minimum technical requirements that the software tool for the company must have. In addition, the current regulations that threaten the development of the proposal and the financial viability and sensitivity analysis of the implementation are evaluated. The results obtained show a positive cash flow for the scenarios, for which the projected income for the first 5 years of the project is varied; Obtaining in the worst case an IRR of 11.17% (Without financing the initial investment) and the best case presents an IRR of 64.48% (Contemplating a credit for 50% of the value of the initial investment). It is intended to obtain an increase in sales of the company of 10% for the implementation of the system, and it is inferred that the project is feasible and some recommendations are made for the implementation of the system proposed.
