dc.descriptionLas empresas ya sean grandes o medianas cuentan con la necesidad de poder expandir su mercado, llegando así cada vez a más clientes. Para la realización de esta meta se debe realizar el desarrollo de varias tareas a nivel directivo, ejecutivo y operativo, esto hace que dependiendo del tamaño de la organización estas sean más difíciles de manejar. La simplificación de tareas, contratación de nuevo personal o la tercerización son algunas de las alternativas que tiene la compañía para solventar este inconveniente. La tercerización (también conocido como outsourcing) particularmente ha sido una de las tendencias más adoptada por las compañías en los últimos años, ya sea porque se quieren centrar más en su core de negocio o no cuentan con el personal capacitado para determinado proceso. Dadas las dos posibilidades anteriores es posible que la tercerización sea una alternativa a un “costo inferior” o en caso contrario la empresa desista de la idea de tercerizar por factores internos y/o externos; sea cual sea la razón, la empresa se enfrenta inicialmente al dilema de si es mejor tercerizar el desarrollo de un proyecto informático o asumirlo; este es precisamente el entorno donde se encuentra situado el presente trabajo. El presente trabajo presenta un prototipo metodológico como herramienta de apoyo para las empresas en la toma de decisiones, con ello se pretende asegurar aspectos como el Know How de la compañía, patrimonio, calidad en los servicios y/o productos ofrecidos y mejora en los tiempos de respuesta a clientes.

Outsourcing has also been one of the most adopted trends by companies in recent years, either because they want to focus more on their core business or do not have the staff trained for a process. Given the two possibilities above it is possible that outsourcing is an alternative to a "lower cost" or otherwise the company gives up the idea of outsourcing by internal and / or external factors; Whatever the reason, the company is initially faced with the dilemma of whether it is better to outsource the development of a computer project or to assume it; This is precisely the environment where the present work is located. This paper presents a methodological prototype as a support tool for companies in decision making, with the purpose of ensuring aspects such as the company's Know How, heritage, quality in services and / or products offered and improvement in the times Of customer response.
