dc.descriptionLa premisa en la que se basó la realización del proyecto es la obligación de garantizar los recursos físicos, tecnológicos y organizacionales para la prestación óptima del servicio público catastral, además de la apertura tecnológica y la inclinación actual del uso de herramientas tecnológicas. Se originó entonces la necesidad de hacer más eficientes los procesos de trabajo. El proceso escogido para implementar la mejora tecnológica fue la generación del Certificado Plano Predial Catastral, trámite indispensable para los usuarios del AMCO que les permite saber si su predio se encuentra inscrito, y su visualización en un mapa. La metodología a seguir fue ejecutar un análisis preliminar donde se recolectó información estableciendo los parámetros necesarios para la generación de la herramienta apoyada en el proceso actual. Con esta información se estandarizó los procesos, diseños, decisiones y variables que pueden intervenir en la generación del certificado, por último, se estructuró la herramienta mediante el empleo de tecnología SIG, recurriendo al lenguaje Python para su programación. Los resultados obtenidos al ejecutar la herramienta permitieron mostrar la importancia de automatizar todos los procesos posibles dentro de una organización, reduciendo tiempos y costos, sobre todo, logrando una mejor atención al usuario. Además, este puede ser la base para la automatización de muchos otros flujos de trabajo en el AMCO y su desarrollo a metodologías más complejas como lo puede ser la aplicación de inteligencia artificial.
dc.descriptionThe premise on which the project was based is the obligation to guarantee the physical, technological and organizational resources for the optimal provision of the catastral public service, in addition to the technological opening and the current inclination of the use of technological tools. The need to make work processes more efficient arose. The process chosen to implement the technological improvement was the generation of the Cadastral Property Plan Certificate, an essential procedure for AMCO users that allows them to know if their property is registered, and its visualization on a map. The methodology to be followed was to perform a preliminary analysis where information was collected establishing the necessary parameters for the generation of the tool supported by the current process. With this information, the processes, designs, decisions and variables that may intervene in the generation of the certificate were standardized, and finally, the tool was structured using GIS technology, resorting to Python language for its programming. The results obtained by executing the tool showed the importance of automating all possible processes within an organization, reducing time and costs, and above all, achieving better user service. In addition, this can be the basis for the automation of many other workflows in the AMCO and its development to more complex methodologies such as the application of artificial intelligence.
