dc.descriptionEn el presente proyecto se enmarca en el desarrollo de las actividades del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, y las labores que realiza el Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo de Información Geográfica por parte del Grupo Interno de Trabajo de Sistemas de Información Geográfica e Infraestructura de Datos Espaciales. Este proyecto muestra a estandarización de los elementos determinantes los cuales parten de un origen netamente jurídico de orden superior a la zona de estudio, están constituidos por objetos geográficos los cuales debido a sus características restringen la ocupación territorial; y los elementos condicionantes definidos como variables o elementos claves que definen la ocupación territorial, de acuerdo a los objetivos del proceso de planeación y de las condiciones del territorio que apuntan a la distribución física de las actividades; estos elementos hacen parte del catálogo de objetos orientado al ordenamiento territorial. La metodología implementada para el desarrollo de este proyecto se dispuso a partir de la definición de los objetos relevantes para el Ordenamiento Territorial; la documentación de estos objetos; la denominación de los atributos y dominios de los objetos establecidos; la estructuración de los elementos determinantes y condicionantes teniendo en cuenta la jerarquía a la que está sujeto el catálogo de objetos, es decir, la determinación de tema y grupos; finalmente, se realizó la documentación completa del trabajo realizado. De igual forma se estableció un grupo referente a las diferentes figuras funcionales establecidas para la implementación del Acuerdo establecido con las FARC.
dc.descriptionThis project is part of the development of the activities of the Geographical Institute Agustín Codazzi, and the work carried out by the Center for Research and Development of Geographic Information by the Internal Working Group of Geographic Information Systems and Spatial Data Infrastructure. This project shows the standardization of the determining elements which originate from a purely legal origin of order superior to the study area, are constituted by geographical objects which due to their characteristics restrict territorial occupation; and the conditioning elements defined as variables or key elements that define the territorial occupation, according to the objectives of the planning process and the conditions of the territory that point to the physical distribution of the activities; these elements are part of the catalog of objects oriented to territorial ordering. The methodology implemented for the development of this project was set out from the definition of the relevant objects for the Territorial Organization; the documentation of these objects; the naming of the attributes and domains of the established objects; the structuring of the determining and conditioning elements taking into account the hierarchy to which the catalog of objects is subject, that is, the determination of topic and groups; finally, the complete documentation of the work carried out was made. In the same way, a group was established referring to the different functional figures established for the implementation of the Agreement established with the FARC.
