dc.descriptionDos de las mayores problemáticas de la educación en Colombia son la deserción y el bajo rendimiento académico. La mala elección de carrera es la segunda causa de deserción; el bajo rendimiento, la tercera. En este modelo de negocio se diseñaron tres servicios encaminados a prevenir dichas causas. Con una investigación de mercados basada en las estadísticas publicadas por el DANE, el Ministerio de Educación y la Secretaría de Educación de Bogotá, se comprobó que la oferta de este tipo de servicios es escasa y desconocida. El modelo se compone del módulo de mercados, módulo de operación, módulo de organización y módulo financiero. Con el análisis de estos módulos se concluyó la viabilidad operativa y financiera del proyecto.
