dc.descriptionEn el siguiente informe se mostrará la ejecución del diseño e implementación del Modelo de gestión de proyectos para la gerencia de tecnología de Financiera Progressa, una cooperativa de ahorro crédito que nace del fondo de empleados de la extinta EPS Saludcoop, en este trabajo se mostrará la ejecución de las actividades en la organización que dieron como resultado la estructuración del Modelo y todo el conjunto de metodologías, buenas prácticas y procedimientos implementados además de todos los inconvenientes presentados y cómo se les dio solución. En general el modelo está enfocado en los proyectos de tecnología por lo cuál se basa en la metodología Agile y el marco de trabajo SCRUM debido al entorno y tipo de sistema en el que se encuentra el área.
dc.descriptionThe following report will show the execution of the design and implementation of the project management model for the technology management of Financiera Progressa, a credit savings cooperative that was born from the employee fund of the extinct EPS Saludcoop, in this work the execution of the activities in the organization that resulted in the structuring of the Model and the entire set of methodologies, good practices and procedures implemented, as well as all the problems presented and how they were solved. In general, the model is focused on technology projects, which is why it is based on the Agile methodology and the SCRUM framework due to the environment and type of system in which the area is located.
