dc.descriptionLos sistemas de gestión son implementados por las organizaciones alrededor del mundo para establecer parámetros que permitan optimizar sus procesos y así alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. Cada organización selecciona los sistemas de gestión que puedan contribuir al desarrollo de sus actividades, seguido a esto, lo más conveniente es integrar los sistemas de gestión aplicados, para mejorar la implementación y seguimiento de los mismos. Para F1 Top Point, el sistema integrado de gestión propuesto incluirá los subsistemas actualmente implementados: calidad, seguridad de la información y, se estructuran los subsistemas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, y ambiental. En esta organización, el SIG ha sido un caso de éxito, lo que es evidente en los resultados obtenidos en los últimos años. Sin embargo, se requieren algunas modificaciones para lograr que este sea adecuado a los requisitos de las normas ISO, por lo que en el desarrollo de este documento, se plantean recomendaciones y estrategias para lograrlo.
dc.descriptionIntegrated management systems are implemented by many organization around the world to set parameters that let it optimize their process and achieve goals proposed. Each organization choose management systems that could promote the development of their activities, after that, the most convenient is to integrated the management systems applied, to improve implementation and following them. To F1 Top Point, integrated management system proposed will include the subsystems implemented currently: quality, information security and, subsystems of occupational health and safety and environment, will be structured. In that organization, integrated management system has been a success case, it is evident in the results obtained in the last years. However, some modifications are required to achieve that it will be adequate to ISO standards, for that reason in the present document, are present recommendations and strategies to achieve it.
