dc.descriptionEste proyecto plantea la creación del proceso de gestión de incidencias para el área de Tecnologías de la Información (TI) de la empresa AlphaCredit partiendo del hecho de que no existe un proceso de este tipo en la actualidad y que se hace necesario para disminuir los tiempos de respuesta en la resolución de incidencias en las áreas consideradas críticas para la organización, por el tipo de funciones que ejercen.
