dc.descriptionEl documento muestra de forma descriptiva algunos modelos de sistemas de captación de agua lluvia para estructuras verticales en la ciudad de Bogotá, mayores a seis niveles como una alternativa que permitan darle un uso mucho más eficiente al recurso pluvial, principalmente en tareas que no requieran el empleo exclusivo de agua potable. Algunos usos propuestos son el lavado de manos, el lavado de ropa y fachadas en algunos casos, el sanitario, el lavado de utensilios de cocina, el riego de plantas y zonas verdes. Adicionalmente se exponen los beneficios como la reducción del valor en la factura de acueducto mediante la respectiva disminución del consumo de agua potable y en consecuencia el agua residual doméstica en el alcantarillado, en que el sistema no genera cambios significativos o invasivos en la estructura de las unidades residenciales, el proyecto tiene una tasa de retorno menor a los cinco años, y su vida útil es de mayor a diez años entre otros. Bogotá, tiene una posición estratégica geográficamente lo que permite un régimen de lluvias superior al promedio, garantizando servicio prácticamente todo el año. El estudio ambiental, técnico, financiero y de mercado forman parte de la estructura principal, lo que facilita su dimensionamiento y especificidad en las diferentes características y permiten establecer que es sostenible y rentable a largo y mediano plazo, de acuerdo al tipo.
dc.descriptionThis paper presents some models of rainwater collection systems for vertical structures in Bogotá city, greater than six-story as an alternative to give a much more efficient use to the pluvial resource, mainly in tasks that do not require the exclusive use of clean water. Some of the proposed uses are hand washing, washing of clothes and buildings front in some cases, the toilet, the washing of kitchen utensils, the irrigation of plants and green areas. In addition, the benefits of those models are shown as the reduction of the value in the aqueduct's invoice by the respective decrease of the consumption of clean water and consequently the domestic residual water in the sewer. Moreover, it is manifested that the system does not generate major changes or invasive in the structure of block of flats, the project has a return rate less than five years, and its useful life is greater than ten years among others. Bogotà, has a geographically strategic position which allows a rainfall regime above the average, guaranteeing service almost all year. The environmental, technical, financial and market studies are part of the main structure, which facilitates its sizing and specificity in the different characteristics and allows to establish that it is sustainable and profitable in the long and medium term, according to the type.
