dc.descriptionEl objetivo del presente proyecto es el de describir la forma en la cual se puede usar la tecnología de inteligencia artificial, en particular procesamiento y comprensión de lenguaje natural capaz de percibir su entorno, procesar lo que percibe y brindar una respuesta de manera racional, generando una conversación coherente. Para crear una herramienta tipo Chatbot el cual es un instrumento de múltiples usos con aplicación en diversos ámbitos. Una de estas posibles aplicaciones es la automatización del proceso de agendamiento de reservas en restaurantes. Realizando un estudio de los diferentes Frameworks que existen en el mercado para este tipo de implementaciones y estudiando el estado del arte para lograr un óptimo resultado en la implementación del prototipo, determinando la mejor forma del levantamiento de requerimientos necesarios para el desarrollo del proyecto y la metodología de desarrollo que mejor se ajusta para su implementación
dc.descriptionThe goal of this project is to describe the way in which IA technologies can be used, in particular Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) able to perceive their environment, process what they perceive and provide a response in a rational way, generating a coherent conversation. To create a type of tool like a Chatbot which is a multipurpose instrument with application in various fields. One of these possible applications is that allows automating the restaurant reservation scheduling process. Carrying out a study of different frameworks that exist in the market to do this kind of implementation and studying the state of the art to get an optimal result in the prototype’s implementation, determining the best way to get the requirements necessary for the development of the project and the development methodology that best fits for its implementation.
