dc.descriptionPresentar un estudio de valor del suelo con el objetivo de identificar los cambios en los precios de la tierra rural de acuerdo con el creciente fenómeno del turismo en el departamento de Santander, principalmente en los municipios de Barichara, Curiti, Pinchote y San gil, el cual se manifiesta con la consolidación de vivienda campestre en la zona, así como corroborar si dicho cambio en el uso de la tierra, es afín con el ordenamiento territorial normado actualmente por cada municipio.
