dc.descriptionEl desplazamiento forzado en Colombia, ha sido el hecho victimizante que más personas han afectado históricamente, es un fenómeno que ha trascendido afectando casi la totalidad de los municipios en el país, no sólo se ve involucrada la población civil sino también las comunidades indígenas y afrodescendientes, campesinos y líderes sociales. Colombia sigue siendo el segundo país a nivel mundial con más desplazamientos forzados y es el departamento de Antioquia, el que históricamente ha encabezado el segundo lugar a nivel nacional. La subregión del Urabá Antioqueño, la cual posee la mayor producción agrícola de la región ha sido el epicentro rural con más registros de movilizaciones. Los municipios de Turbo, Apartadó y Chigorodó, lideran los índices históricos de desplazamiento.
dc.descriptionThe forced displacement in Colombia, has been the victimizing fact that more people have historically affected, is a phenomenon that has transcended affecting almost all the municipalities in the country, not only the civilian population is involved but also the indigenous and afro-descendant communities, peasants and social leaders. Colombia is still the second country in the world with the most forced displacements and it is the department of Antioquia, which historically has led the second place at the national level. The sub-region of Urabá Antioqueño, which has the highest agricultural production in the region, has been the rural epicenter with the most records of mobilizations. The municipalities of Turbo, Apartadó and Chigorodó, lead the historical rates of displacement.
