dc.descriptionEste trabajo presenta una metodología que permita identificar el estrés biótico presente en los frailejones en imágenes obtenidas mediante vehículos aéreos no tripulados (UAV). Para ello se emplearon medidas texturales de ocurrencia, la matriz de co-ocurrencia (GLCM) y la transformada de Fourier; y algoritmos de clasificación no supervisada y supervisada. Los resultados indican que la combinación de información espectral (RGB y NIR) y textural aumentan la exactitud de clasificación considerablemente, que si se considera sólo la información espectral, siendo más significativos los resultados cuando se emplea la matriz de co-ocurrencia.
dc.descriptionThis work presents a methodology that allows to identify the biotic stress present in frailejones in images obtained by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). For this, textural measures of occurrence were used, the co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) and the Fourier transform; and unsupervised and supervised classification algorithms. The results indicate that the combination of spectral information (RGB and NIR) and textural information increase the classification accuracy considerably, that if only the spectral information is considered, the results are more significant when the co-occurrence matrix is used.
